<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU"><strong>The energies of wintersolstice</strong></p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU">Remember what happened to  Scrooge,  in Charles Dickens&#8217;  Christmas Carol? How his night time visions lead him through his Past, Present and Future by  Christmas Spirits transforming him from a stingy grumpy human being  to someone who understood the deeper meaning of joY?</p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU">How come,  amidst all the season&#8217;s feel good films made in this day and age, this story is still told over and over again every Christmas on screens and stages all over the world, 181 years since it was first published?  What is it about the narrative audiences still relate to? Do the energies of this time of year hold a natural invitation to turn within, to transform and heal by looking back on what came about and connect the present to the greater good of what is to come?</p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU">Even today in our hasty modern lives; we still have the rituals of  looking back at the year that was and wishing each other happiness for the new year. Is it the inclination to look within that has gone missing a bit?</p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU"><strong>Winter solstice contemplation: the 12 &#8216;missing&#8217; days.</strong></p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU">Interestingly enough the ritual to contemplate on the year that was and look ahead at the year to come, evaluating one&#8217;s role in what came about and setting intention for what has yet to unfold,  goes way back to pre-Christmas days.<br />
In ancient times, when people still lived by  a Pagan belief system, what we now call the 12 holy days, were then already seen as portals to insight.</p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU">The cosmic phenomenon at the root of this is a 12 day difference between a moon-year and a sun-year. Back in the day people lived by a moon-calendar. In western culture the suncalandar was only introduced in the fourth century A.D.  The moon however only has 12 cycles, totalling 354 days in a sun-year by a 354 day moon calendar rather than the 365 (+) days of   the 354 day moon calendar the ancients lived by being 12 days shorter than the 365 days of a, while the sun year itself encompasses 365 days (and a little bit more), which leaves 12 days unaccounted for, starting at the shortest day of the year, winter solstice ending at the beginning of the new year; the &#8216;rebirth of the sun&#8217; as people called it in the old days, as it was then in their perception another solar year was to begin.</p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU">It was believed the veil between the material and spiritual world  was thinner during these 12 days before the earth started its new round round the sun,  the long nights  and relatively restful days, making it easier to tap into the inner wisdom each and every one of us comes to earth with as a birthright from the heavens.<br />
So with nothing much to hunt and gather anyway and the natural world hibernating as it was, people would follow the natural rhythm of winter and spend their days in moderation using the light of their inner world to illuminate their lives.</p>
<p class="_8lmwA _2UDST _3vz8z NNQiU" dir="auto"><strong>The benefits of a winter solstice contemplation. </strong></p>
<p>A winter solstice contemplation may sound like something you have absolutely no time and space for during our modern day world of lush celebrations of  the seasons holiday. Or maybe the season even fails to be the merriest time of the year for you and you actually want to get it over with. The thing with the unspoken deeper layers of existence at play however,  is that you keep carrying them with you either way, whether they are ignored or stay hidden underneath the layer of  exuberance. Either way  we tend to forget about ourselves, our potential, our freedom of choice and our own creative powers.<br />
Would Scrooge have neglected to change his ways, his future would have been a whole lot more gloomy. In the words of Dickens:</p>
<blockquote><p>I will live in the <em>Past</em>, the <em>Present</em>, and the <em>Future</em>. The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me.</p></blockquote>
<p>The 12 days in December with their days short their nights long, are a perfect time of the year to count your blessings and contemplate on what changes you want to create in your life and therewith bring to the greater good.</p>
<p><strong>Portals to contemplation</strong></p>
<p>Although I&#8217;d be curious to experience an adventure like that of Scrooge, fortunately there are other ways of practising the winter solstice contemplation ritual. A relatively simple one is to create your very own &#8216;<strong>winter solstice contemplation diary&#8217;,</strong>  a special booklet  to record your thoughts, drawings and dreams, perhaps even making a new one every winter solstice, creating a sort of summary of the year that was.</p>
<p>When creating such a diary it&#8217;s always nice to add your personal creative skills and ideas by giving it a title on a theme you want to explore and /or add  a cover drawing  mentioning the year you created the dairy. You could in fact create a winter solstice diary every year, to leaf through in later days, or leave a record of thoughts and memories for posterity.</p>

<p>Recently I was asked to write about  the effect on the local community of the rising number of people being tested positive</p>
<p>Now the fact in itself that I merely have to mention &#8216;the number of people being tested positive&#8217; for every one to understand what I am talking about is a testimony in itself.  Regrettably the statement excludes the logical math, that when  more people are being tested, <em>in numbers</em> more people will test positive! It is interesting to note however how statistics fail to show the percentage of people tested positive that actually become ill. Compared to March/April/May 2020 the number of people dying have so far remained low.</p>
<p>Perhaps it is time to remind ourselves of how the way we interpret life, in turn affects the way we feel, which ultimately expresses itself in what happens to us physically. Constantly being bombarded with statements that cause fear, undermines the natural human immune system in itself.</p>
<p>Ever since our hunter and gatherer days and beyond, our human immune system has been equipped with an energy system called triple warmer.  Triple warmer is a defense system .  It activates itself when faced with danger enabling the so called fight, flight or freeze respons. In ancient days this was helpful when for instance meeting a sabertooth tiger or hunting down a mammoth. Triple warmer then made sure the bulk of available energy was directed to arms and legs so one could run or fight or stay as still as possible; all systems alert for defense if necessary.</p>
<p>As soon as the sabertooth had passed however or the mammoth was conquered, triple warmer had a chance to calm down, allowing the body to unwind, relax, release the anxiety, take a break, that way  giving  <em>other</em> energy systems, serving <em>other</em> bodily functions a chance to recharge.<a href="https://www.energycounseling.nl/en/nan-yar/card24/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1988 alignright" src="https://www.energycounseling.nl/en/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/en-24-175x300.png?x42940" alt="10 of Insights" width="175" height="300" /></a></p>
<p>With the modern times we live in now, the occasional sabertooth or food-hunt has transformed itself  into financial struggles,  social division, fear of disease,  polluted environments; global warming as well as additives, sugars and dead calories in our foods . As a result triple warmer remains switched on <em>constantly. A</em>s such it keeps on drawing energy <em>constantly</em> from other energy systems serving the heart, bladder, gallbladder, lungs and digestive system; (which explains why people have an increased need to go to the toilet when in fear) Eventually, this constant deprivation of energy opens the door to illness in the other systems. As such triple warmer being on the alert all the time causes reactions <em>undermining</em> rather than supporting the immune system</p>
<p>So&#8230; maybe it&#8217;s time to rethink how to stay safe and stay healthy; see how triple warmer can be put at ease rather than respond to the broadcasts of the number of people being tested positive.</p>
<p><strong>To ease anxiety&#8230;.you rock</strong></p>
<p>An amazing yet effective movement to ease fear, most likely used since ancient times and still used to this day at least on babies and toddlers, is rocking. Moving the body back and forth or from side to side has a very comforting effect on the flight, fight or freeze response. Interestingly enough the body in its natural wisdom is in the habit of wrapping its arms around itself while rocking in a gesture of self consolation. By doing so the hands &#8216;by chance&#8217; end up covering liver and liver acupressure points on the right side of the body, as well as spleen acupressure points on left side of the body, both at the height of the bra line at the flanks of the lower ribcage.<br />
Both organs play an important part in recharging the energy of the body (spleen) and letting go of toxins that accumulate under stress (liver).<br />
Just wrap your arms around your upper body and see where they end up.</p>
<p>Another way is to place the palm of the right hand over the left side of the lower rib cage while cupping the right elbow with the left hand. By doing so the right hand again covers spleen acupressure points , while the left hand covers two very important triple warmer acupressure points that ease anxiety.<br />
After a while, switch hands, placing the left hand over the liver, while cupping the left elbow with the right hand, thus again covering triple warmer acupressure points 10 and 11 at the back of the elbow, this time on the other side.</p>
<p><strong>Nourishing foods</strong> .</p>
<p>One of the silent killers these days are our eating patterns, causing diabetes and fatty arteries. Strangely enough a lot of what can be bought in supermarkets (on offer) has little nutritional value. Due to overproduction, the use of artificial stimulants and genetic manipulation many fruits and vegetables contain far less nutrients than they used to in the days when we would farm our own greens and meats or at least derive our foods from local farms.<br />
Make sure the vegetables and herbs you buy are fresh and recently harvested. The longer foods are stored, the less nutrients they contain.  Fortunately the trend to work with organic products is rising, thus diminishing the intake of toxins like pesticides and artificial additives.</p>
<p><strong>Stay in touch with nature</strong>.</p>
<p>A walk among the trees or along the shoreline is a natural anxiety cure. Nature is filled with positive vibes and will radiate comforting energy in tune with all seasons. Moving the body in these energies stimulates all energy systems in the body. Ever notice how you take a deep breath when something stressful is finally over? The outside air does that for you automatically when you go for a hike in nature.</p>
<p><strong>Stay in touch with yourself</strong></p>
<p>With all the headlines, breaking news, hourly news and thousands of commercial impulses fired away globally each waking moment of the day, the world&#8217;s population is drowning in programmed expectations, mostly serving more of Lord Economy&#8217;s needs than human requirements. Meanwhile we tend to forget what really matters. Do I really want to eat what is on offer? Do I really want to wear what is in fashion? Why am I binge watching entertainment? What else could I do with that time?<br />
I sometimes can be homesick for the 18th century, when life started at dawn and eased at sunset; when people ate what was in season and available; when time flew by organically organic rather than ruled by a watch.</p>
<p>When you start to think creatively about these things, the number of people infected will have less of a hold over you.</p>

* forgiveness, gratitude, compassion to taste</p>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>* Create yourself a comfortable environment.<br />
When at home light a candle; maybe burn some incense or scented oil? Make sure the temperature is agreeable.<br />
When outdoors keep yourself comfy and warm; maybe bring what you might need; bottled water, a flask of herbal tea, a nourishing comfort treat.<br />
When in an airplane or crowded space imagine a bubble around you giving it any color spectrum you&#8217;d like.<br />
* Sit or lie yourself down.<br />
* Close your eyes for a moment. When it feels better to leave your eyes open, focus your gaze on something calming in front of you (meaning no screens or other otherworldly devises) Focus on a pleasant sound around you or listen to the silence in between sounds</p>
<p><strong>Creation:</strong></p>
<p>* Allow your bodyweight to sink into gravity; Feel which parts of your body are in direct contact with the mothership.<br />
* Feel your mouth curve to a smile and observe the effect this has on your facial features.<br />
* Become aware of the space between your eyebrows and feel the skin loosening around your scalp<br />
* Ask the two positive monkeys to send out compassionate vibes to your shoulder muscles, neck and back.<br />
* Walk along your spine with your awareness.<br />
* Bring warmth to your heart; placing both hands, palms down, over your sternum.<br />
* Feel the palms and the heart connect and meet each other<br />
* Go back to the smile and feel it spread to your inner world. Scan your body with your awareness and see which parts of your body parts youDirect it to any area where you feel could be of use some inner smile. let it rest there for as long as you want<br />
While you are doing so, assemble all forgiveness you can find within you and mix it in with gratitude and self-esteem to taste.<br />
Massage this mixture with as much the love as you like for as long as you like, while holding positive thoughts, rolling them around in your feelings, your fears, your expectations, your grudges and any other human traits that may come to mind.</p>
<p>Remove any grudges or dark thoughts you may find within you.<br />
Be mindful that holding a grudge or being unforgiving, will block the chemistry needed for your recipe to rise.<br />
Place your mixture in a warm place and let it rest for as long as it needs. The further your recipe expands, the more successful your healing.</p>
<p>Then place the mixture in your minds eye while folding both hands over your heart, cupped, your elbows pointing down with the arm and shoulder muscles relaxed.<br />
Soften your facial features, relax the muscles around your jaw, place an inner smile in between your eyebrows and take a nice deep breath in, expanding your belly and chest, inhaling forgiveness, gratitude and self esteem and as you exhale imagine all things you do not want to be part of your life at this point in time, to leave you on the flow of exhalation.</p>
<p>Observe the flavors, scents and changes that come to mind. See where they lead you and most importantly take your time, remembering breath is an automatic response of the body, that does not need to be directed in any way, whether it concerns inhalation or exhalation or the times in between, for breath has four stages:</p>
<ul>
<li>Inhalation (Puraka)</li>
<li>The pause between inhalation and exhalation.(Abhyantara Kumbhaka)</li>
<li>Exhalation (Rechaka)</li>
<li>The pause between exhalation and inhalation (Bahya Kumbhaka)</li>
</ul>
<p>Then on your next inhalation, also keep in mind the people you want to share this with; the practice of sharing, with your loved ones, or people you know of who could need some extra support right now; including people that may have hurt you or you may have hurt, even when you thought it was for the better.</p>
<p>Sprinkle your mixture of gratitude, forgiveness and self esteem over your intentions,while inhaling. Observe a natural pause and on the flow of exhalation, let go of any grudge or discontent that may have peeked around the corner while you were mixing your loving thoughts.</p>
<p>Now&#8230;any time you feel fearful, angry at the world, at yourself, at someone who has hurt you or any other situation in your life you wish to heal, prepare this mixture and repeat the above steps.</p>

<p>The Body Prayer is based on an energy routine designed by the renown American energy medicine explorer, teacher &amp; author Donna Eden together with her husband David Feinstein. This energy routine is named:   <strong>&#8216;Tracing the Meridians&#8217;.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Meridians are the Energy Pathways of our bodies</strong>, known and used since ancient times in acupressure and acupuncture for more than 5000 years.</p>
<p><strong>Meridians transport the Chi</strong>,  Energy, Prana, Life-Force, whatever name you want to give it, enabling us to perform our daily quest. Together they form, an intricate labyrinth of energy, connected to all of our organs and bodily functions. An internal road system that regulates and constantly adjusts the physical and psychological functions of our organs, stress response, creative energies, highs, lows; anything to do with life in every phase and situation.</p>
<p><strong>All Meridians are interconnected.</strong> I often compare the Meridian system with a long and winding garden hose. The difference between  a garden hose and the meridian system however is that a garden hose has a beginning and an end &#8211; water comes in/ water goes out-  while the movement of the Meridian wheel is continuous, transporting the water through all of the wheel, passing past all organs and functions, delivering and extracting whatever is needed where, constantly reincarnating energy,  admitting fresh energies while letting go of the old.</p>
<p>To give meaning to <strong>the magic</strong> the Meridians perform unconditionally on a daily basis,whether we are aware of it or not, at the same time making them comprehensible to our human perception, <strong>the Meridians and their purpose can be defined by words,</strong> naming the properties of each meridian in single sentence, a so called affirmation.</p>
<p><strong>Addressing the Meridians with affirmations is a way of recognizing their worth</strong>, complimenting them you could say. This encourages the flow of their energies even more, just like our energies are lifted when we get or give a compliment.</p>
<p><strong>Tracing the Meridians while doing these Affirmations</strong> and by<em> &#8216;tracing&#8217;</em> I mean following their pathways with the magnetic energy of the palms of your hands, adds yet another dimension of encouragement to the meridian&#8217;s flow of energy.</p>
<p><strong>As each Meridian, each organ, each function of our body, plays its very own part in the pursuit of life&#8217;s potential every Meridian has its own affirmation.</strong></p>
<p>Spoken in sequence, they sound like a prayer, touching on every sacred facet that plays a part in our lives.</p>

Instead of going on a much needed holiday, they took breaks and applied natural healing techniques throughout the day.</p>
<p>In our present day and age, we hardly <em>get</em> or <em>take</em> the time to nourish our daily energy needs.  Life is pressured, with a constant need to answer to the call of economy, trends and external must haves.</p>
<p>It is no coincidence that ancient health exercise such as Yoga and Energy Medicine are gaining ground again after centuries of absence.<br />
Just like the Paleo diet which has come into fashion lately, teaching us ways to eat the way our ancestors ate; the ancient wisdom of our forefathers has also something to teach us in the field of Well-Being.</p>
<p>Humanity has been given very important tools  at creation; powers that went dormant when we started to use our brains rather than our intuitive skills. Fortunately, our bodies kept these tools in their DNA.</p>
<p>We still put our hand where it hurts,  we still yawn when we&#8217;re tired and we still rub our eyes when we want to re-focus, all natural techniques to balance and reconnect the energy pathways of the body.</p>
<p>The reason we stopped being aware of these limitless sources of healing is largely because we changed our social standards and ways of looking at healthcare.<br />
In ancient times people did not have a pharmaceutical industry to save them from energy blockages, which is where illness originates from. Instead they relied on acupressure, stretching and exercise techniques to get their energies running.<br />
In modern day society, we use chemicals and refrain from stretching or yawning in public, as it is seen a sign of boredom or even considered rude to do so.</p>
<p>Stretching however, is a simple and natural technique of the body to open up to the several systems that govern the flow of energy;<br />
while yawning is simply a way of the body to reconnect the two main meridians, which meet at the back of the throat.<br />
Take a moment to do a good yawn and you&#8217;ll find you can actually <em>feel</em>, these two meridians reconnect.</p>
<p>Several different methods are available again these days, to re-install the ancient techniques of Body Language, ranging from simply stretching or taking a sturdy walk in nature, to yoga, energy medicine, acupressure points and ways to massage the body.</p>
<p>One I highly recommend and demonstrate in the Body Language of Energy group and individual sessions, is the 5 minute daily routine composed by Donna Eden.<br />
It boosts the immune system , gets the energies flowing, gives you a prefect start of the day and supports you when you need to revitalize during stress or illness.<br />

daily life can distract us from what really matters to such an extend that we forget to take good care of ourselves.</p>
<p>Breaking news flashes, famous people dying, terrorist attacks, presidential elections fought over in the media;  commercials attracting us into thinking we need certain products in order to be happy, it simply doesn&#8217;t stop!<br />
Thousands of impulses a day attack us from television sets, computers,  cellphones, billboards, shop windows and friends who go through exactly the same experience and share that again!</p>
<p>It can make you weary; by the end of the day feeling you&#8217;ve done all sorts of things, yet very little of it had to do with you.<br />
Eventually, when you have many of these days in row, body, mind and spirit start to protest. They start to feel drained, perhaps even to a point where certain ailments start to surface, physical aches, colds, lack of resistance, mental issues, feeling wobbly, mental tiredness.<br />
As a result; the next day like this, will take up even more energy to perform.</p>
<p>One option to escape this vicious circle  is to take a break, go on a holiday.<br />
Unfortunately this is only a short term solution, for after the holiday it&#8217;s back to normal and the same cycles start all over again</p>
<p>Holidays are also infamous for fatigue that finally gets a chance to surface once daily pressure falls away, igniting anything ranging from mild irritability to illness and escape into excess drinking or eating.<br />
Or holidays can be overshadowed by an inability to actually enjoY being away from it all, as too little energy  is left to do that.</p>
<p>So&#8230;.what we can we do to break this cycle?</p>
<p>When ever I catch myself reading my mails or watching the news straight after waking up;<br />
or spending too many hours behind my computer;<br />
or using my time off to meet dead lines rather than relax;<br />
then I know its time to think of our ancestors, the hunter and gatherers, who had to live without holidays, who couldn&#8217;t break the vicious cycle by going away for a few days and had to regenerate on a daily basis in order to stay tuned.</p>
<p>Suppose they would have jumped out of their animal hide beds first thing in the morning;<br />
pick up their spears and start hunting and gathering for 8 hours or more, 5 days a week or more;<br />
how long do think they would have survived?<br />
And they didn&#8217;t even have commercials, presidential candidate debates, terrorist attacks or breaking news from all over the world thrown at them many many times a day.</p>
<p>So what did these people do differently from modern day men and women?<br />
The answer is: they took their time and created their own space.<br />
They took care of themselves while life was happening; nourished their needs on a daily basis, wove relaxation into every day activities; integrated well being into their daily life occupation no matter where they were went or what they did.</p>
<p>In my next blog I&#8217;ll reveal <em>what</em> our hunter and gatherer ancestors did to keep fit during daily life, using their own body language and their own healing powers.</p>

<p>When we are  happy we literally <em>beam</em> happiness, with the feelings of bliss affecting the people in our environment. It makes the people around us more open, more approachable, which in turn makes it easier to connect.</p>
<p>In general it can be said happiness attracts happiness. Happy environments make people feel good and attracts them like bears to honey.<br />
This however also goes the other way around. Someone who is constantly moping and muttering, who without obvious reason claims to be maltreated and has something to say about all and everything, will attract only few people willing to listen.</p>
<p>What is interesting about both phenomena, is that in both cases the person creating the good or bad vibes, most of the time has no awareness of the effect they resort.  This while it could literally make a world of difference in the way we perceive or are perceived. </p>
<p>The key to this enigma is the degree to which we experience &#8216;our moments&#8217;, the ones we all have, as that is the frequency with which we send our messages into the world.</p>
<p>Ask yourself this:</p>
<p>How many times a day do you feel content about something?<br />
How many times are you discontent about something?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s worth while to keep track of these two different facets on paper<br />
On the left side, write down the moments of discontentment, with a number of evaluation between 1 and 10, with 1 being simply discontent and 10 being highly unhappy.<br />
On the right you register the moments of contentment, with the same numeral evaluation between 1-10 , with 1 being simply content and 10 being unconditionally happy.<br />
At the end of the day you add up both columns and evaluate which one has the highest score, the column of contentment/happiness or the column of discontentment/unhappiness.</p>
<p>An evaluation like this shows how many times we seem to draw negativity into our lives or &#8230;it makes us aware of the number of good moments or how we at times take good moments for granted.<br />
It brings awareness, just like honestly writing down the number of calories one eats per day will be more surprising than one  would have thought.<br />
Registering the moments of content/discontentment gives insight in how moments of discontentment come to exist and how moments of contentment are at times undervalued.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s one condition to doing this self evaluation: you have to<em> want</em> it. Nobody can be forced to evaluate themselves, but that shouldn&#8217;t stop anyone else from climbing the ladder of awareness.</p>

Exercise more, stop smoking, have more quality time with the kids, loose 10 pounds, find a job you really like, be nicer to your ex?<br />
There&#8217;s is always lots to choose from.</p>
<p>Now before you go wild on setting yourself all sorts of tasks you might already in the second week of January forget about again, there&#8217;s 3 little tips I want to give you.</p>
<p><strong>Tip Number 1: Be Kind to thy Self.</strong><br />
This means do not stretch yourself any further than feels good. You might actually need to loose 20 pounds, but if you loose 10 or even 5, or yes even 1, be proud of yourself. The second pound will then follow by itself as feeling good about who you are is the number one rule to changing habits that do not serve you.<br />
<strong><br />
<strong>Tip Number 2: </strong> To Inhale, Exhale first. </strong>The 9 of Challenges of the Nan Yar Who Am I personal development card says:</p>

<p>This is a big challenge as we tend to be faithful to old shoes, fondly remembering how far they brought us. Remember though, a new pair might give you wings.<br />
The number 9 in this card symbolizes the added value, the things we are able and in fact <em>only</em> able to create <em>ourselves</em>, as the numbers 9 represents the personal talents we use in harmony with life. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>So here&#8217;s Tip Number 3: Let It Go, Let It Go, Let It Go,</strong><br />
That is easier said than done you might say. &#8216;I have lots of responsibilities in my life I need to tend to; I cannot be expected to simply let them go&#8230;&#8217;</p>
<p>True; but you know how, when you&#8217;re asked by your dietician to write down what you eat on a daily basis, your eyes tend to pop when at the end of the day the calories are counted/; how you always thought you were doing much better than that.<br />
Well&#8230;same goes for the amount of responsibilities we <em>think</em> we need to take on on a daily basis. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t know about you, but I tend to take the world on my shoulders, getting grumpy over things varying from dog poo on the pavement in front of my door to Donald Trump&#8217;s head appearing on television.<br />
Problem is though that investing energy and getting upset on things I cannot change, will only deplete my energies.<br />
What I can do though is take a bucket of water and flush the poo into the sewer system and when I see Trump switch off the television and yes&#8230;let it go&#8230;.for that is how anger gets to us. It enjoys when I get upset, when it occupies my mind, when it gets me angry; it feeds on me when I do.</p>
<p>So, my advise Let it Go, let it Go let it Go,<br />
I use a little trick when I find myself moping and loop thinking about things that bother me.<br />
I indeed take a full deep breath in and an even longer full breath out and when that doesn&#8217;t do the trick I sing to myself, on a very appropriate melody for the holiday season, but rather than &#8220;let it snow let it snow let snow, I make it,</p>
<p>Let it go let go let it go</p>
