Often I find myself communing with mother Nature when my head is so full of questions, ideas, thoughts, judgements etc. I return to mother Nature to gain clarity in the silence of her being. Yes tuning in to what vibration you are attracting and thus vibrating in the Qi field.( As above so below, within/ as well out.) thus I find my balance.
